Grow Your Wealth And Improve Your Health
Now that we’re nearing the middle of 2015, I’ve been thinking about New Years Resolutions and wondering whether my friends and family members are managing to fulfil their adopted declaration.
Lose weight; quit smoking; save money. These are the recurring resolutions in within my social circles.
But can we attack two or more at the same time? Or should we focus on one at a time?
If we’ve really worked hard on achieving our goals, then at this point in the year those changes are probably starting to feel like normal life.
If we’re exercising and paying attention to what we eat, we tend to be healthier and feel better.
Likewise, if we’re paying off our debts and growing our health, we also feel better and less stressed about the future.
This article on time.com suggests it may be easier to achieve both endeavours at the same time, because the same four habits are necessary for each goal.
Let’s take a look at the 4 habits you’ll need to be able to grow your wealth and improve your health at the same time.
- A sense of entitlement in terms of living debt free and without financial worry
- Have a plan for temptations
- Continuously monitor the numbers
- Only make sustainable changes; don’t be too restrictive.
These four habits are the ones that, if applied regularly, can help you achieve results.
Physical and fiscal fitness requires some tracking, but that is not difficult, considering there are loads of financial and fitness-tracking apps that can help you get control.
